Robert J. Byram
President and Chief Executive Officer
Primary Responsibilities include oversight and management of the bank. Primary contact for accounting, investments, regulatory reporting and marketing. Bob also assists business and agricultural customers with their lending needs.

James B. Paris
SVP – Operations and Board Chairman
Primary responsibilities include assisting in daily operations of the bank. Jim also assists shareholders and serves as chairman of the bank’s board of directors.

Heather Jacoby
Vice President – Branch Administrator
Primary responsibilities include oversight of branch operations and assisting customers with deposit needs as well as mortgage and consumer lending needs. Heather also serves as the primary contact for shareholder relations.

Denise Schneider
Vice President – Senior Lender
Primary responsibilities include oversight of the bank’s loan portfolio and helping customers with all types of lending needs.

Melissa Kerr
Vice President – IT and Operations
Primary responsibilities include maintenance and updates to bank information systems. Melissa also manages the daily operations of the Bookkeeping Department.

Kelly Arwood-Porter
Assistant Vice President
Primary responsibilities include helping customers with mortgage and consumer lending needs. Kelly also oversees the bank’s Individual Retirement Account program and manages the bank's Human Resource functions.

Melinda Jensen
Assistant Vice President - Compliance Officer
Primary responsibilities include monitoring the banks compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met. Melinda also oversees mortgage loan document preparation and manages escrow payment processing.

Mary Peterson
Assistant Vice President – Community Relations Officer and Bank Manager
Primary responsibilities include community relations and business development activities as well as management of the Sheridan Office.
